The sample order is always welcome.

The samples without any customization will be available generally within 1-3 days;
The samples with customization take generally 5-10 days, depends on the detailed requirements.
The sample cost is refundable sometimes, but the freight cost is always paid by the receiver.

The normal MOQ is 3000 pcs per item, and we accept small trial orders via Alibaba.
BTW, most of our key accounts order FCL every batch.

Production time is typically 15-25 days, depending on the order and our real-time production schedule at the time the order is placed.

The routine packing method is that each is wrapped with an OPP bag and white box then a master carton.
The customized package is acceptable.

Frankly, I don’t think this should be a question at all. As long as you can contact us, we can ship the goods to you. By express, by sea, by train, or by air, etc. You are the boss.

We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.

We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need . We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.

Our normal payment term is T/T 30% deposite after order signed and 70% against copy of B/L. We also accept L/C at sight.
